Portal, Self-Service & SaaS Engine

The Portal & SaaS Engine is the surface everyone outside your company logs into. For your customers that is self-service: their orders, deliveries, documents, tickets, invoices and approvals in one place, around the clock, without a phone call. For a software product it is the whole tenant layer — sign-up, plans, roles, billing and per-customer branding.

Both are the same engine, because they are the same problem: somebody who is not an employee needs a secure, branded view of exactly their own slice of your data, and nothing else. Access is per tenant and per role, so a customer sees their orders, their partner sees their accounts, and neither sees anyone else's.

It connects to the modules you already run rather than duplicating them: an order in the shop, a project in delivery, a document in the DMS and a case in a flow all show up in the portal as the customer's own, with the status they are allowed to see. The support load that disappears is the point — the questions people used to ask by phone are answered by the screen.

Portal, Self-Service & SaaS Engine

Key features

01

Customer Self-Service

Orders, deliveries, invoices, documents, contracts and open tickets — everything a customer phones about, answered by a screen they can open at eleven at night.

02

Their Data, Only Theirs

Access is scoped per tenant and per role, enforced on the server. A customer sees their own records and nothing else, and that is a rule of the platform rather than a promise in a manual.

03

Requests and Approvals In-Portal

Customers raise a request, approve a quote, sign off a milestone or upload what you asked for — and it lands in the same process your team is working in, not in an inbox.

04

Live Status Instead of a Phone Call

Where is my order, when does the technician come, what is still open on my project — answered from the live process, so the portal is never a stale copy.

05

Tenants, Plans and Roles

Run one platform for many customers, departments or franchise partners, each with their own users, permissions, data and limits.

06

Branding per Tenant

Own logo, colours and domain per tenant, so the portal looks like the customer's supplier — or like the customer's own product, if you are the one being white-labelled.

07

Sign-Up, Subscriptions and Billing

Self-service registration, plan selection, upgrades, trials and recurring billing for the case where the portal is the product.

08

Single Sign-On and Invitations

Invite a customer's whole team with roles, or connect their existing identity provider — nobody should need a fifth password to see their own invoices.

09

Documents and Downloads with an Audit Trail

Share exactly the documents this customer may see, with expiry and revocation, and a record of who downloaded what and when.

10

Built on Your Existing Modules

Shop, projects, DMS, service jobs and flows surface in the portal as the customer's own view — one portal over the systems you already run, not another silo.
