Data Import Interface

The Data Import Interface is the first of our three interface levels: data flows one way, out of a system you already run and into the process that needs it. Articles from your ERP, customers from your CRM, orders from your shop, prices from a supplier, readings from a machine — fetched on a schedule or the moment they change, mapped to your structures and validated before anything is written.

We connect to what is there. SAP, Abacus, Bexio, Odoo, Dynamics, Salesforce, Shopify and the in-house database nobody wants to touch — over REST, SOAP, GraphQL, OData, ODBC, SFTP, webhooks or a nightly CSV, whichever the system on the other side actually supports.

Every interface is monitored, every run is protocolled, and you can see and act on all of it yourself: re-run an import, pause a feed, replay a failed batch. A sync is a contractual obligation on our side, and interfaces you mark as critical trigger an immediate, all-hands response from us — but the everyday control stays in your hands, not ours.

Data Import Interface

Key features

01

Connects to the Systems You Already Run

SAP, Abacus, Bexio, Odoo, Dynamics, Salesforce, Shopify or an in-house database — over REST, SOAP, GraphQL, OData, ODBC, SFTP, webhooks, EDI or a plain nightly CSV.

02

Scheduled or Event-Driven

Fetch on a schedule that fits the data — every minute, hourly, nightly — or the moment the source system fires a webhook, so nothing is older than it needs to be.

03

Mapping & Transformation Rules

Fields, code tables, units, currencies and date formats are translated into your structures, so the imported data fits your processes rather than the other system's habits.

04

Validation Before Anything Lands

Records are checked on arrival; what fails is quarantined with a readable reason and can be corrected and replayed — never silently dropped, never half-imported.

05

Monitored Around the Clock

Every interface is watched: a failed run, a source that went quiet, a volume that suddenly looks wrong — all of it raises an alert before somebody notices the missing data.

06

Every Sync Protocolled

Each run leaves a record: when it started, what it fetched, what changed, what was rejected and why — retained, searchable and precise enough to settle a discussion.

07

Self-Service Control

Re-run an import, pause a feed, replay a failed batch or inspect a single record yourself. You are never waiting on us to get your data moving again.

08

Contractual Sync Obligation

Each interface carries an agreed frequency and availability. Interfaces you mark as critical trigger a high-priority, all-hands response from us the moment they falter.

09

Resilient to Change

When the source system changes a field, a format or an API version, the interface detects it and reports it instead of quietly importing nonsense into your data.
